Mungo Murphy's Sea Lettuce Wraps
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
Sauce makes enough for 10 pieces
Rinse the sea lettuce in cold water.
Cut the sea lettuce into strips as wide as your beef strips are long.
Wrap the beef strips with sea lettuce strips and secure with a toothpick.
Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and honey together to make a marinade.
Marinate the sea lettuce wraps in the marinade.
Once marinated, they are ready to serve.
