Bunch of Samphire
Take your bunch of samphire and snip off any woody stems that remain attached to the fleshy part of the samphire and wash in cold water. Put the kettle on to boil. Once boiled, fill a pot with the boiling water and place on medium heat. Throw in the samphire and let simmer for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and place the samphire in your serving dish. Drizzle olive oil and crack some black pepper on top to serve. There's no need to add any salt as the samphire is already naturally and deliciously salty!
